What could be more fitting for Hanukkah than a traditional staging of a Jewish classic whose famous opening number extols the virtues of tradition itself? In its programming and production this holiday season, the Paper Mill Playhouse committed to celebrating that very tradition, and has succeeded with a lively, stalwart “Fiddler on the Roof.” Directed by Paper Mill Artistic Director, Mark S.
