A Lehigh Valley restaurant will serve themed wraps, macaroni and cheese bowls, quesadillas, coffee and more for the many fans expected for Cardi B’s visit this weekend.
The Wrap’d Tight Fully Loaded 2.0 restaurant will operate a food truck for the fans from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday in front of the Spin Me Round record store’s outdoor entrance at the Palmer Park Mall in Palmer Township, a news release announced.
Cardi B will hold a meet-and-greet for photos with fans at 2 p.m. Saturday inside the record store to promote her new album “Am I the Drama?”
“We are paying homage to Cardi B’s hard work and dedication,” Wrap’d Tight owner Heather Griffith said in the release. “She’s out here hustling, meeting fans face to face, taking pictures, and sharing her time. That’s respect … and we respect that.”
The menu will include the “Am I the Drama” wrap with baked chicken, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, hot honey and banana peppers.
“This is one of the biggest events we’ve ever hosted,” Spin Me Round owner Stephanie Nagy said in the release. “The energy Cardi B is bringing to the Lehigh Valley is incredible, and having Wrap’d Tight on site makes the experience even better for fans waiting to meet her.”
Griffith has owned and operated Bethlehem’s Wrap’d Tight Gourmet Wraps & Salads for over 20 years, and recently opened Wrap’d Tight Fully Loaded 2.0 in the Palmer Park Mall. Her specialty food truck is normally stored after festival season, but is making the one-day return to deal with what’s expected to be a high-volume crowd.
