Animal control officers are asking for the public’s help finding the person responsible for abandoning a dog in a crate outside a store in Manchester over the weekend.
The dog, who was left outside of a Walmart on Buckland Hills Drive, was found on Saturday around 5 p.m., according to Manchester Animal Control.
Investigators are looking to identify the former owner and whoever abandoned the animal. Shoppers who were at Walmart on Saturday with dashboard cameras have been encouraged to review the footage.
