Emergency crews have been called to the scene of a crash involving a tractor-trailer and at least one car near Kutztown.

According to initial reports, the crash happened about 10:45 a.m. at the overpass for Kutztown Road in Richmond Township.

At least two people were reported to have been thrown from a car. Responders reported a total four patients, including at least one child.
