Indie pop trio AJR is returning to Bethlehem for Musikfest this summer.
The festival announced Monday that the band, known for songs such as “Bang!” and ” World’s Smallest Violin,” will perform Aug. 9 at the festival.
Tickets are available now for ArtsQuest members, and will be available Friday morning for the general public.
The band previously performed at Musikfest in 2023. They also performed at the Allentown Fair in 2021.
Another headliner is expected to be announced later Monday.
Musikfest, which takes place on Bethlehem’s North and South sides, runs from July 31 to Aug. 9.
Here is the lineup that’s been announced so far:
Aug. 1: John Mulaney
Aug. 3: Train
Aug. 4: “Weird Al” Yankovic
Aug. 6: Bailey Zimmerman
Aug. 7: Parker McCollum
Aug. 9: AJR
The largely rain-free festival last summer broke attendance records of nearly 1.45 million over its 10 days.
