I’m ticked off at my electric bill. The energy-charge rate and fuel-charge rate went up and the county tax doubled (Seminole County). I used 30 kilowatt-hours less this month and my bill is higher.
I wonder if anyone else has noticed that the three different Allstate insurance ads on TV that say how much the person has saved with Allstate all say they have saved $713. I find it very peculiar that all three people would have the identical coverage and would all save exactly the same amount.
I’m tipped off … I mean ticked off! So now restaurants and other businesses are asking for tips when we’re picking up our food, cleaning our floors, painting, etc. Soon doctors, plumbers, etc., are going to be asking for a tip! Where’s the line and when does it end?
I’m ticked off that Ashleigh Banfield’s show is off the air. It was always good true-crime coverage!
I’m ticked that I cannot have a yard sale without my neighbor scheduling trees to be cut and trimmed. The equipment is blocking parking by my house instead of in front of your house and we have to tolerate the noise. The same thing happened a few years back when we had a sale! No consideration!
The flip side
These days, I’m grateful if I just remember that I forgot something, even if I have no idea what it was.
