Daytime temperatures are below normal, with highs in the 50s to 60s.
Temperatures will drop again on Tuesday night, with lows in the low 30s to low 40s.
The evening will have light winds, and a frost advisory will be in place for most of the region.
Boating conditions are poor to hazardous but are expected to improve through the day.
There is a small craft advisory in effect through 4 p.m.
