YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK (KMPH) — An upside-down American Flag was spotted over the firefall in Yosemite over the weekend. The flag was first spotted on Saturday. According to the U.S. Flag code an upside-down American Flag is seen as a sign of distress or imminent threat to the country.
