A 19-year-old man was fatally shot just blocks from his Queens home Sunday evening, police said.
Cops responding to a 911 call found Jean Rios with a gunshot wound to his chest near 64th Road and Grand Central Pkwy. in Forest Hills around 7:40 p.m., police said.
EMS rushed Rios to Queens Hospital Center, where he died.
Rios lived a few blocks from where he was shot, on 61st Road, according to police.
An NYPD investigation was underway; there were no immediate arrests, officials said.
