SUFFOLK ā A pedestrian died following a crash Thursday morning.
Around 10:40 a.m., police responded to the intersection of Kissimmee Avenue and Factory Street for a call about a crash involving a vehicle and pedestrian, according to a release.
When police arrived, they found a man in the road. Suffolk resident, 66-year-old Steaven Ray Hamlin, was taken to the hospital where he died, police said.
The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody and charges are pending, according to police.
The investigation is ongoing. No other information has been released.
