Landstown, Hampton and Norview keep on winning as all three clinched district titles.
The Eagles (20-3) won their seventh game in a row and finished the regular season 16-0 in the Beach District.
The Crabbers (20-1) won their 20th game in a row and finished 14-1 in the Peninsula District. Their lone loss came against Denbigh in the season opener.
Norview (19-2) won its eighth consecutive game with a win over then-No. 4 Lake Taylor. The victory helped the Pilots finish the season 14-0 in the Eastern District.
Catholic saw its 15-game winning streak come to an end last week when the Crusaders lost to Bishop Ireton, which is ranked No. 8 in the state by MaxPreps. The Cardinals play in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference, widely considered one of the most competitive high school athletic conferences in the nation.
King’s Fork moved up to No. 5 as the Bulldogs won their ninth game in a row with a victory over Nansemond River on Friday to win the Southeastern District title.
And Indian River moved into the Top 15 as the Braves have won seven of their last eight games, including knocking of then-No. 7 Nansemond River last week.
