Fans of green, pink and “toss tossing” one’s hair can meet their favorite characters, get free bracelets and more during the premiere week of “Wicked: For Good” this month at Promenade Saucon Valley.
The Upper Saucon Township shopping center will provide free bracelet kits to the first 100 guests at its AMC theater from 5-7 p.m. on Nov. 21, the sequel’s opening date. The theater will also host giveaways and photos with Elphaba and Glinda in front of a themed balloon display.
The Promenade also will host horse-drawn carriage rides from Saucon Valley Carriage with the two characters on Nov. 29. Glinda will join the rides 4-6 p.m. while Elphaba will ride 6-8 p.m.
Residents can book the carriage rides on the Promenade website. Other characters such as the Grinch as well as Elsa and Anna from “Frozen” will join throughout December.
Shoppers can also look forward to recent and upcoming openings such as Sunglass Hut, Sephora, Barley Creek Taproom Saucon, Color Me Mine and Norman’s Hallmark.
