‘A Cleaner, Greener Hartford’: How to help clean Spring Grove Cemetery

Love Hartford Week is back and taking volunteers to help out this Saturday, Oct. 25 at Spring Grove Ceremony, according to KNOX.

“Join our final Greater Hartford Green Team at Spring Grove Cemetery,” according to KNOX’s website. “Small but mighty neighborhood efforts have gone into keeping this park clean, and it’s time for some community support. Help trim down high summer grass so that the experts can weed whack and restore these historic gravestones. Alongside these efforts, general grounds clean up and beautification will give Spring Grove Cemetery the refresh it needs before winter.”

According to KNOX, “Anyone interested in volunteering at Spring Grove Cemetery on Saturday, October 25, can sign up at https://knoxhartford.galaxydigital.com/need/detail/?need_id=1105082.”

Be careful where you trick-or-treat this Halloween: 3 CT roadways make national list of scariest in U.S.
