A new luxury residential tower is coming to Boca Raton’s downtown

A new residential tower is coming to Boca Raton, addressing the city’s growing demand for high-end living.

The 12-story boutique building at 41 SE Fourth St. will have 133 two- and three-bedroom units priced from $1.7 million, according to a news release from the Mr. C Residences Boca Raton team.

Construction of the tower is expected to begin in about a year, with sales launching this spring and completion in about three years.

The Mr. C Residences Boca Raton tower also will have Italian restaurant Bellini on the ground floor with a residents’-only lounge on the rooftop.

“All of the Mr. C projects that have happened in the world, they’ve been received in every market that they go with tremendous success,” said Inigo Ardid, the co-president of Key International, which is developing the project. “We thought Boca would be a great fit for the brand, for the buyers.”

This would be the third Mr. C Residences in South Florida, with one in West Palm Beach and another in Coconut Grove.

The idea that buyers would welcome Mr. C Residences with its “classic European living” design and wellness features, such as cold and hot plunge pools, seems apt. Within a 2-mile radius in downtown Boca Raton, luxury residences abound.

There’s the Alina at 200 S.E. Mizner Blvd. with its penthouses overlooking a golf course and, in the not-so-distant horizon, the ocean. There’s the Glass House at 280 E. Palmetto Park Road, bringing a ultra-modern translucence to the city. And there’s also Royal Palm Residences, three nine-story towers with less than 50 luxury condominiums at 475 E. Royal Palm Road.

Boca Raton’s mega-wealthy don’t appear to be shy about desiring a life of luxury, and the recent developments only prove that, with Mr. C adding to the list.

Ardid said he expects Mr. C buyers in Boca Raton to be second homebuyers, perhaps from the Northeast, or those who already live in the city and want to downsize from a house without sacrificing lifestyle.

Mr. C is a hospitality and residential property brand founded by brothers Ignazio Cipriana and Maggio Ciprania, part of a multi-generational family who have created restaurants, event spaces, lounges, resorts and clubs.
