An Amber Alert was issued in a search for a vehicle in the south suburb of Riverdale Saturday morning, in what a local police department called a domestic-related kidnapping.
The alert, issued around 9 a.m., states that people should call 911 if they see a 2010 silver Acura MDX with the license plate FE 60619. According to a Facebook post by the Riverdale Police Department, officers responded to a report of domestic-related kidnapping early Saturday morning around 1:30 a.m. Early investigations indicated the vehicle was taken by a man named Austin Bell and contained four children that are not his: Nia Hill, Noah Hill, Nolan Hill, and Nova Hill.
“Despite extensive search efforts by the Riverdale Police Department, the children’s mother, and the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force, Austin Bell and the children remain missing,” the post states.
Anyone with information on Bell, the children, or the car are urged to contact the Riverdale Police Department Detective Division at (708) 841-2203 or 911.
