Another Outer Banks home has fallen into the Atlantic Ocean — this time in Rodanthe.
Cape Hatteras National Seashore was notified shortly before 6 p.m. Friday that an unoccupied house collapsed at 23047 G.A. Kohler Court, according to a release.
Visitors should stay off the beach and out of the water near the collapse site to Atlantic Drive due to potentially hazardous debris, the National Seashore said in a social media post.
National Seashore staff are responding and plan to begin initial cleanup efforts Saturday, according to the post.
