An article on page 2 of Thursday’s edition, “Commonwealth’s attorney expected to keep seat,” incorrectly stated Chesapeake School Board candidates Amanda Quillin and Daniel Stahler were competing for a seat on the board currently held by Mike Lamonea, who made an unsuccessful bid for election to Virginia House District 89 in the general election. Quillin and Stahler were competing for an open seat resulting from a board resignation earlier this year.
