CT industrial site sells for $710,000. It’s big enough for an expanding business to relocate: broker

A Connecticut industrial site has been sold for $710,000 with a plan by the new owner to expand their business, according to the commercial real estate company that handled the transaction for the seller.

O,R&L Commercial said the recent sale was of of 1223 Mount Vernon Road in Southington.

The seller, MJK, LLC, sold the building to Pro Service HVAC & Plumbing, which is expanding their business, according to O,R&L Commercial. Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller.

O,R&L Commercial said Brook Ladrigan of Godin Property Brokers represented the buyer.

The buyer, Pro Service HVAC & Plumbing, has purchased this building with “for the purpose of relocating and expanding their business,” according to O,R&L Commercial.

“Moving into a bigger space will allow them to expand and service more areas in Connecticut,” according to O,R&L Commercial.

O,R&L Commercial, LLC has offices in Branford and Rocky Hill, and represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets, according to the company.

Pro Service notes it offers “a range of home services including installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.”
