Of course Bill Clinton tends to make sense when he talks. He talked about the DEMs record of creating jobs, the Will to Win, the GOPs efforts to suppress DEMs from voting, the decreased rate of illegal immigration, Trump’s success at sabotaging Biden’s effort to spur a bipartisan border bill, the reliance on immigration as a factor to maintain population replacement, etc.
