Chris Edwards paced four Braves in double figures with 15 points. LJ Luckett, Marcellus Connor and Ray Pryor added 10 each. Tyquan Baker scored nine for the Lions.

DJ Gayden had 17 points and seven assists, and Justin Jones had 17 points for the Seahawks (19-7). Chris Mason had 15 points and seven assists, while Noah Eddy had 12 points and 10 rebounds. The Gators got 12 points from David Bradley.

Isaac Zito scored 17 points, Danny Howerin 16 and Thomas Newman 13 for the Bulldogs. The Ambassadors’ Connor Holmes had 15 points. Also for Norfolk Christian, Landon McNamara provided 12 points and five assists, Ajian Skeete had nine points and four assists, and Isiah Banks had three steals and a block.

Caroline Cassidy had 20 points and 12 rebounds, and Evie Ducharme had 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Abuna Ruop’s 20 points led the Ambassadors, who got 18 apiece from Tamia Dyson and Brianna Norman. Rochelle Musimbi scored 13.

All 11 players scored for the Crabbers (12-5, 9-2) in their Peninsula District victory. Candace Puryear led them with 21 points. Zuriel Pendleton-Morant (12 points), Chrishiya Rogers (12), McKenzie Middleton (12) and Khloe Leonard (10) were also in double figures for the Crabbers.

The Wildcats won nine of the 14 bouts. Cayden Clark, Vince Von Bernewitz, Jaylen Bailey, Connor Vail and Ayden Christian all scored pins for the Wildcats, while Xavier Kovacs won by a technical fall. Great Bridge won all three overtime matches, thanks to Tke Egley, Caden Carter and Dylan Davies. Von Bernewitz pinned Kam Harrell in a clash of former state champs.
