Keon Mitchell led all scorers with 23 points, four rebounds, seven assists and three steals for the Pilots. Jalen Freeman followed with 19 points, while Will Adams and Zymareon Mitchell added 14 and 13 respective points. Hayden Louther contributed eight points and 10 rebounds. The Comets were represented by Deshawn Spellman with nine points.

#6 Lake Taylor 63, Norcom 30

Jr Evans tallied 10 points, five assists and five steals for the Titans. Jacarri Jones led in scoring with 16 points, and Jamari Edwards logged 13 points in the first half.

#7 Catholic 87, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy 25

Dean Williams led all scorers with 22 points for the Crusaders (19-3), and Carter Bullock closely followed with 20 points. Tabren Hawkins and Joe Youngblood tallied 14 and 11 points, respectively.

#10 Oscar Smith 70, Great Bridge 52

The Tigers were led by Cason Fitch with 22 points and eight rebounds. Steven Walton logged 15 points and five assists. Kelley King contributed 11 points, six rebounds and six assists.

Bay Rivers District

Grafton 73, Tabb 60

Geno Wilke, Luke Wenger and Japheth Hayden scored 14, 13 and 12 respective points for the winning Clippers.

Beach District

Bayside 56, Ocean Lakes 40

Jawan Neal led the Marlins with 13 points, and Braylon McCants added 10 points.

Eastern District

Manor 100, Booker T. Washington 55

Jaidon Johnson led all scorers with 28 points, five assists and five steals for the Mustangs. Crystian Tyndall earned a double-double with 27 points, 10 rebounds, nine assists and nine steals. Mike Banks Jr. added eight points and seven assists.

Maury 71, Churchland 42

Kymoni Johnson and Tajuan Pair Jr. were double-figure scorers for the Commodores with 17 and 14 points, respectively. Travelle Saunders added six points, eight assists and six rebounds. The Truckers were represented by Xavier Merritt and Bryce Alston with 25 combined points.

Nondistrict

Cox 59, Deep Creek 44

The Falcons were led by Nate Lessley and Marc Watkins with 14 points each. Elijah Griffin was a double-figure scorer for the Hornets.

#7 Kellam 70, Western Branch 48

The Knights held a 45-21 halftime lead behind Kate Spain’s 19 points. Spain finished with 26 points, and Caroline Pinardi recorded a career-high 17 points. Mia Spain earned a double-double with 12 points and 10 assists. Lizzie Clark contributed 11 points. Suki Warden led the Bruins with 21 points.

#9 Grafton 72, Tabb 24

Mya Napoleoni and Katherine Wenger each scored 20 points to lead the Clippers. Taylor Ragland closely followed with 19 points.

Beach District

Ocean Lakes 50, Bayside 30

Jasmyn Miller led all scorers with 26 points for the Dolphins. Ciara Shaw logged 17 rebounds and five blocks.

Eastern District

Granby 60, Norview 22

The Comets were led in scoring by India Uzzle with 23 points, including four 3-pointers. Makhia Johnson finished with 11 points, eight assists and seven rebounds. Talyah Cannon and Kharynn Harrell each added 10 points.

Maury 69, Churchland 39

LaMari Budd led the Commodores with 31 points, six steals, five rebounds and three assists. Sara’Jane Walker was also a double-figure scorer with 14 points, five rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks. Nyla Brown provided seven points and four steals, while Zoe Redel contributed six points, five steals and five rebounds.

Lake Taylor 59, Norcom 24

Senior Jamyah Parker led the Titans with 23 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and six steals. Senior Jewel Smith added a double-double with 11 points, 11 rebounds, four steals and three blocks. Rakia Johnson was the leading scorer for the Greyhounds with 16 points.

Southeastern District

Great Bridge 55, Oscar Smith 43

The Wildcats were led by Kelsey King with 20 points. Lindsey Manning was also a double-figure scorer with 12 points.

Private schools

Norfolk Academy 46, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy 27

Maria Delyannis scored 17 points for the Bulldogs, and Sloane Becker led defensively. The Saints were represented by Sarah Carson with 12 points.

#1 Grassfield 67, Cape Henry Collegiate 0

The Grizzlies finish the regular season with a shutout of the Dolphins. Nolan Mather (106), Leland Mendez (120), Dennis Bruin (126), Nick Moore (165) and Chris Funches (285) were all victorious by fall. Grassfield competes in the Regional championship at Oscar Smith on Saturday, Feb. 14.

Kenton Wesby (120), Jacob Stewart (132) and Ryder Allen (157) all won their respective matches by fall for the Knights.
