Buzz: Dory Thimote had a touchdown on offense and a big quarterback sack on defense for Gateway (2-4), while Nydrell Thigpen also had a TD.

Tohopekaliga 28, Harmony 16

Buzz: Sabby Measick had 4 passing touchdowns for the Tigers (3-2) with 2 of the TD receptions going to Xea’vez Brown. Tayshaun Dillard and Josiah Hill had the other TD catches.

Girls Volleyball

Lake Highland Prep 3, Windermere Prep 0

Buzz: Lexi White had 7 kills for the Highlanders (15-5) in their 25-10, 25-16, 25-16 win. Ceci Ithier added 5 kills.

Montverde Academy 3, Winter Haven 1

Buzz: Bianca Baquerizo had 13 kills and 5 digs for the Eagles (12-4) in their 18-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-15 win. Natalia Baquerizo had 8 kills, 16 digs and 3 blocks, while Nybia Rivera-Alvarez had 22 digs, and Eva Bardales added 11 kills and 8 digs.

East Ridge 3, South Lake 2

Buzz: Hannah Broadway had 28 kills for the Knights (11-6) in their 27-25, 23-25, 25-17, 22-25, 15-12 win. Ashlyn Crane had 22 kills, while Breylan Fairley added 33 assists and 9 digs for East Ridge.

Osceola 3, Gateway 0

Buzz: Cate Palmi had 17 kills and Delaney Webb had 35 assists for the Kowboys (18-3) in their 25-10, 25-6, 25-23 win in the Orange Belt Conference (OBC) Tournament championship match. Jordin Southall had 13 kills, while Sophie Spivey added 9 kills to help Osceola win its fourth straight OBC tourney.

Foundation Academy 3, Master’s Academy 0

Buzz: Haley Higgins had 19 kills, 18 kills and 2 aces for the Lions (16-3) in their 25-14, 25-20, 25-16 win. Geiliany Del Valle had 31 assists, 13 digs and 2 kills, while Luna Dela Cruz had 20 digs and 3 aces, and Emily Hatfield added 11 assists and 10 digs.

Lake Brantley 3, Lake Howell 1

Buzz: Lily Rodgers had 15 kills, 9 digs, 2 aces and 2 blocks for the Patriots (10-7) in their 25-23, 25-17, 24-26, 25-18 win. London Adkins added 9 kills and 2 blocks for Lake Brantley. Natasha Casey had 32 kills, 11 digs and 3 blocks for Lake Howell (13-5).
