Gioia is hosting a five course tasting dinner, Chefs for CHEF, this coming Sunday, Oct. 26, according to a statement.

The event, slated for 6 p.m., will feature chefs with restaurants in Connecticut, according to a release. The event will benefit The Connecticut Hospitality Educational Foundation, or CHEF.

“Guests will enjoy a five-course dinner with wine pairing from five Connecticut Chefs,” according to a statement:

Tyler Anderson: Millwright’s Restaurant
Prasad Chirnomula: Chef Prasad, Gourmet United
Michelle Greenfield: Allium Eatery
Avi Szapiro: Gioia
Chelsea Tripp: Kouign Bakery

Tickets are $175 per person for cafe and bar seating, according to a release, plus tax and gratuity. Tickets “include a handcrafted welcome cocktail and passed hors d’oeuvres.”

VIP Chef’s Counter Seats are also available for $350 each, plus tax and gratuity, according to a statement.

Gioia Cafe & Bar is located on 150 Wooster St in New Haven.
