It’s officially pumpkin spice season.

From its possible roots at an Allentown coffee roaster, the fall flavor today graces everything from lattes to pancakes to negronis.

Lehigh Valley insider’s guide: The best and most unique coffee spots for your caffeine fix

Nowhere Coffee Co.

Nowhere Coffee Co. in Allentown is leaning into what co-owner Lauren Vargas previously called “really silly, stupid pin names” for this year’s fall menu.

These include the pumpkin-vanilla mix called “Pie Me to the Moon,” a pumpkin-flavored cold brew called “Pumpkin up the Jam,” a spicy, decaffeinated chai blend called “Harvest Moonmilk” featuring ginger, cinnamon and turmeric, and the “Killing Me Saltly,” featuring salted maple & cinnamon.

The coffee shop is located at 3127 Tilghman St. and is open 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the weekend.

ThirdBirds Coffee House

Not only is ThreeBirds Coffee House in Easton the second-favorite independent coffee shop in the country, according to USA Today, it also is a great place to get your pumpkin spice fix.

The fall menu includes the Harvest Moon latte, featuring fall spices, caramel apple syrup and espresso; the Swamp Witch with matcha and caramel apple syrup (make it a Bog Witch with an extra shot of espresso); and the Lumberjack Latte — a traditional latte with a splash of spiced maple syrup.

While you’re there you can pick up some fall candles from Easton Candle Co.

ThreeBirds is located inside the three-story Bull Mansion at 226 Bushkill St., and operates 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. Also check out their Easton Public Market location during the same hours.

Bitty & Beau’s Coffee

The Bethlehem location for Bitty & Beau’s Coffee at 74 W. Broad St. will serve a fall menu that includes pumpkin spice lattes and frappes, maple cream cold brews and brown butter chai lattes.

The coffee shop is open 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Plants + Coffee

Despite the coming falling of leaves, you can still enjoy some plants with your fall flavor fix at Plants + Coffee at 1458 Northampton St. in Easton.

The cafe’s fall menu includes pumpkin, white pumpkin, maple fig and maple bun lattes, a butterscotch white mocha, and apple pie, pumpkin roll and honey cinnamon chai.

Plants + Coffee is open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

George’s Oasis Restaurant

Perhaps after a game at George’s Oasis Miniature Golf, you can pop into George’s Oasis Restaurant for some fall-flavored dishes that include pumpkin and apple cinnamon pancakes.

The business at 2355 Schoenersville Road in Hanover Township, Northampton County, is open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday.

A’ Latte Cafe

A’ Latte Cafe at 116 E. Broad St. in Quakertown is also getting into the fall spirit and celebrating back to school with unique flavors like pumpkin white chocolate chair, caramel apple cold brew and pumpkin cheesecake iced latte. Also try out their PB and jelly latte, reminiscent of that classic school time lunch.

It operates 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
