PORTSMOUTH — Rivers Casino Portsmouth is going all in for love this Valentine’s Day weekend.
The casino announced it will begin offering all-in-one wedding services as of Sunday. It comes as the casino is nearing construction of the 106-room hotel expected to open early next year — both intended to help Portsmouth become more of a destination stay.
“We’ve got 24/7 full service entertainment here. We’ve got the gaming, we’ve got entertainment, we’ve got breakout rooms,” said Rivers Casino Portsmouth General Manager Antonio Perez. “We’re going to have the hotel fully set up, and we can really cater to what a bride and groom’s dream really is here on property.”
Bridal designer Randy Fenoli, also known for his TV show “Say Yes to the Dress,” will kick off the love fest during a special bridal brunch event Sunday. Three lucky brides will win several prizes, including a Randy Fenoli designer wedding gown at a value of up to $5,000, a free rehearsal dinner at Admiral’s Steak & Seafood and a wedding reception valued up to $30,000 at the casino.
In addition to a cocktail reception, brunch and wedding gown fashion show, Fenoli will share tips on planning and designing weddings.
Rivers Casino Portsmouth has hosted weddings, but Perez said this weekend’s event will officially launch the casino’s all-in-one wedding offerings. Hundreds have registered for the event, including future brides, their families and wedding planners interested in hosting their special day at the casino.
The casino’s event center will be used for wedding ceremonies and receptions, providing an all-in-one experience. Admiral’s Steak & Seafood — or one of the casino’s several other restaurants — can also be used for rehearsal dinners and bridal showers. And when the Landing Hotel is open, it can accommodate bridal parties and wedding guests.

“We have 25,000 square feet of multi-purpose grand hall and pre-function reception area,” Perez said. “It’s completely customizable for couples and wedding planners to bring their visions to life.”
Lydia Fredericks, who helped planned the Sunday brunch event, said the casino also will partner with local vendors for things such as floral arrangements and decor.
