Two men were shot in Pompano Beach on Saturday, and one did not survive, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

The incident happened shortly before 2 p.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of Northwest 10th Circle in Pompano Beach, Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Miranda Grossman said.

Deputies at the scene found two men with gunshot wounds. Both were taken to a hospital, where one died, Grossman said.

The Sheriff’s Homicide Unit detectives are investigating.
