Sweet Athena is a young white and black cat, sometimes called a Tuxedo cat, that may have been abandoned and left outside.
A nice family rescued her and brought her home, but unfortunately the other family pets are not thrilled with a new guest.
Since the pets in the home are not acclimating well, the family reached out to Our Companions Animal Rescue to help find her a home of her own. She is about 1 year old, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations.
She is curious and gentle; she loves to sit on your lap and will allow you to pick her up occasionally. She loves affection, chin rubs, and feeling the breeze from an open window. A calm and well-trained dog might be OK, but Athena would prefer to be the only feline family member to continue developing her charming personality.
