Kingdom come has more refined combat better for 1v1s or smaller more personal battles. TLDR: kingdom come better designed for 1 on 1 engagements and individual sword fights, bannerlord better designed for all out battles where the player has to juggle fighting multiple opponents. Although both are great and I would recommend trying both
