Naperville Police Arrests for Aug. 24-26

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

A 47-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a charge of unauthorized video recording/transmission/placing device in a public place at 11:23 a.m. Aug. 24 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Avenue.
A 29-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 12:59 a.m. Aug. 25 in the 1100 block of Cresthaven Lane.
A 43-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 1:01 a.m. Aug. 25 in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
A 62-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of battery at 3:05 p.m. Aug. 25 in the 1900 block of Brookdale Road.
A 36-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant at 3:24 p.m. Aug. 25 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
A 26-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of criminal damage to property at 8:54 a.m. Aug. 26 in the 1500 block of Bond Street.
A 34-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on two counts of violating an order of protection and three counts of resisting an officer at 2:43 p.m. Aug. 26 in the 2400 block of Kingsley Drive.
A 28-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on two warrants at 7:50 p.m. Aug. 26 at North Columbia Street and East Ogden Avenue.
A 56-year-old woman from Waukesha, Wisconsin, was arrested on a charge of retail theft, identity theft not exceeding $300 and obstructing identification at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 26 at Ogden Avenue and Meadow Lakes Boulevard.
A 36-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on a warrant and on charges of retail theft not exceeding $300, obstructing an officer, unlawful possession of a theft detective device remover and unlawful possession of cannabis by a passenger at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 26 at Ogden Avenue and Meadow Lakes Boulevard.
