Office condominium sold to CT state police union for six-figure sum

O,R&L Commercial said the sale of a 2,600-square-foot office condominium to the Connecticut State Police Union, Inc. has been completed, according to a statement.

The sale, totaling $260,000, is located at 35 Cold Spring Road in Rocky Hill, according to O,R&L Commercial.

“The buyer; Connecticut State Police Union, is currently located at 111 Founders Plaza, East Hartford and they are relocating because their building is in the process of being converted from hi-rise office space into apartments,” according to O,R&L Commercial.

“They purchased the new office in Rocky Hill for their headquarters.”

“Thomas Wilks & Bob Gaucher of O,R&L Commercial represented the Seller and Jay Morris, also of O,R&L Commercial, represented Connecticut State Police Union,” O,R&L Commercial went on to say.
