OR&L Commercial has announced “two recent long-term Retail Leases at 15-65 Frontage Road in East Haven,” according to a statement.
Sportech Venues, represented by Jeff Kravet of Kravet Realty of Stamford, “is returning to the plaza and will now occupy a 5,000± SF end cap space in the main strip center portion of the property,” according to OR&L Commercial.
Sally Beauty Supply LLC, represented by Steve Patten of the Proto Group of North Haven, will move “their business to 15-65 Frontage Road and has completed a new long-term Retail Lease for a 2,070± SF inline space within the plaza,” according to a statement.
A CT book fair offers 65,000 titles to pick from. One may be part of a folk legend’s collection.
The plaza currently features “Wendy’s, AutoZone, Bottle Depot Liquors, Shore Haven Veterinary Hospital, AFI Orthotics & Prosthetics and two restaurant tenants: Fiesta Bar & Grill and Mansion de las Americas Restaurant and Bar,” according to O,R&L Commercial. “The upcoming addition of Sally Beauty and Sportech Venues will further enhance the property’s draw creating a well-rounded mix of retail and service businesses.”
