Former President Barack Obama joined Abigail Spanberger, Virginia’s Democratic Party nominee for governor, in Norfolk on Saturday, Nov. 1, for a rally at Old Dominion University’s Chartway Arena ahead of Tuesday’s election.
Lieutenant governor candidate Ghazala Hashmi and attorney general candidate Jay Jones also addressed the crowd before Spanberger took the stage.
