PHOTOS: Orange County Fair at 50

The very popular Orange Country Fair, which drew thousands of people Saturday, is ongoing through Sunday at the fairgrounds on Orange Center Road in Orange, Conn. The entrance fee is $10 for adults, $5 for senior citizens, $5 with an active military ID, and children 14 and younger are admitted at no charge. Parking is free, and neither pets nor alcohol are allowed on the grounds. See: https://orangectfair.com/.

The first modern-day Orange Country Fair in 1975 was was supposed to be a one-time event through the “vision of Walter Bespuda” and an army of volunteers, First Selectman Jim Zeoli said.
