An arrest warrant has been issued for Ahmed Basheer Awad, 20, of Westbrook, Maine, on a charge of elevated aggravated assault, according to the South Portland Police Department. One person was wounded in the shooting at the largest shopping mall in the state of Maine. Police on Wednesday night said the victim was in surgery and expected to survive.
