NORFOLK — Police have identified the man who died in a shooting in the Washington Park neighborhood Saturday morning.

Michael J. Spencer died at the scene from a gunshot wound, according to Norfolk police. He was 38 years old.

Police were called about the situation at 3:20 a.m. and found Spencer suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
