Popular hibachi and sushi chain opens new Allentown restaurant

Hibachi, sushi and more are on the menu after a new restaurant opened this week in Allentown.

Bang Bang Hibachi Grill & Sushi opened a new location Friday at 1241 Airport Road in Allentown, it announced online.

The restaurant serves spring rolls, fried calamari, chicken wings, sushi, hibachi, miso soup, salads, bubble tea and smoothies.

It operates 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and then 4:30-9:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and noon to 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

The new Bang Bang joins other nearby locations such as in Allentown, the temporarily closed one in Lower Macungie Township and in Quakertown.
