DSC Partners partnered with LoanCore Capital, the previous mezzanine lender on the portfolio, on the acquisition through “an assignment in lieu of foreclosure transaction.” DSC retained the team of Perry Frazer, Pat Mugler, Ricky Anderson and Chris Kieran at Colliers to lease the properties in Chesapeake and Rob Wright, Nicole Campbell and Teresa Nettles at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer to lease the properties in Virginia Beach and Hampton.
