DSC Partners LLC purchased a 22-building portfolio totaling over 1.3 million square feet of office, flex and industrial space for an undisclosed amount. The portfolio includes: Liberty Executive Park, Lake Center I & II and Independence Place and Battlefield Tech Center I & II and Independence Tech Center in Chesapeake; Reflections I, II and III, Airport Business Center, Lynnhaven 5 and Oceana One in Virginia Beach; Oxford Plaza, Olympia Place, Lakefront Plaza, Parkway Center and 5 Manhattan Square in Hampton. DSC Partners partnered with LoanCore Capital, the previous mezzanine lender on the portfolio, on the acquisition through “an assignment in lieu of foreclosure transaction.” DSC retained the team of Perry Frazer, Pat Mugler, Ricky Anderson and Chris Kieran at Colliers to lease the properties in Chesapeake and Rob Wright, Nicole Campbell and Teresa Nettles at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer to lease the properties in Virginia Beach and Hampton.

DSS of Newport News LLC bought the 48,000-square-foot property at 220 Picketts Line in Newport News for $5.85 million from Grant Investment Management LLC for investment purposes. The facility, built in 1990, is leased by a single tenant industrial user. Brian Mello and Alan Meetze represented the buyer.
