Peninsula Town Center Retail Buildings G and H in Hampton have been sold to a North Carolina-based investment group managed by Michael Holshouser and Nick Gonzalez. Building G is a 62,672 square foot ground floor retail building, anchored by PetSmart and H&M. Building H has 83,830 square feet of ground floor retail space anchored by Buffalo Wild Wings and Five Guys. Jeff Fritz and Jay O’Donnell handled the transaction for the seller; Tyler Brooks was leasing adviser.
