Senior quarterback JT Padron completes 31 of 59 passes for 344 yards and four TDs as St. Charles comes back from 14-point deficit in final 2:41 for a 43-42 win over Batavia. Padron connected with EJ Mondesir for a 6-yard TD pass with one second left, then hit Chris Akpede for the clinching 2-point conversion.
Defensive Player of the Week
Senior linebacker/safety Luke Hendershott intercepts a pass in the third quarter and returns it 17 yards, leading to a field goal that breaks a 0-0 tie. It was the first of three turnovers in the second half for the Foxes in a 16-6 win over Oswego. He tallies four tackles, giving him 26 on the season.
