Senior quarterback Mason Atkins powers West Aurora to 46-7 win over crosstown rival East Aurora, completing 10 of 13 passes for 153 yards and four TDs. The Ball State recruit also ran six times for 81 yards and two TDs.
Defensive Player of the Week
Senior wide receiver/defensive back Dominic Klimpke tallies 105 yards receiving and comes through with defensive play of the game for Aurora Christian, batting down a 2-point conversion pass attempt late in the game to preserve a 28-27 win over Wheaton Academy.
