A police investigation centered around a residence has shut down a road in Waterbury.

Police asked the public to avoid the area of Buckland Drive on Tuesday morning as they conducted their investigation, according to Officer Nyjah Porcher of the Waterbury Police Department.

Porcher said the incident was isolated to one residence but did not immediately provide any additional information.
