Starbucks releases fall menu: Here’s what to know

Summer may be ending soon, but pumpkin spice season is just beginning.

For Starbucks fans scrounging the internet to find out when the pumpkin spice latte will return to the menu, you’ll be happy to know that Starbucks’ 2025 fall menu dropped Tuesday.

Here is what you need to know about when you can get the Pumpkin Spice Latte and other fall menu items.

When will the Pumpkin Spice Latte return to the Starbucks menu?

The Pumpkin Spice Latte will return to menus on Tuesday, according to Starbucks.

This is later than the PSL return to Starbucks last year. In 2024, the Pumpkin Spice Latte was brought back on Aug. 22, which was the earliest that Starbucks had ever debuted the drink for the fall menu. It looks like Starbucks is giving us a few extra days of summer before taking over with pumpkin-spiced everything.

This is also the first time that Starbucks has announced the return. Typically, rumors begin to swirl in July of the PSL’s return, and Starbucks previously didn’t confirm it until closer to the official Pumpkin Spice Latte release date.

What ingredients make up the Pumpkin Spice Latte?

According to Starbucks’ “Coffee at Home” recipe, the fan-favorite consists of espresso, milk, Pumpkin Spice Syrup, and whipped cream, with pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on top.

Starbucks also adds real pumpkin to the Pumpkin Spice Latte, in addition to other fall drinks.

What items besides the Pumpkin Spice Latte will be on the Starbucks 2025 fall menu?

The coffee chain said it’s bringing back three other returning favorites and introducing two new items.

The following drinks are returning to the menu, according to Starbucks:

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai
Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte

There is also one new drink being added to the menu, as well as one new food item.

The new drink is the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado, and the new food item is the Italian Sausage Egg Bites.
