Stock app info not reflected correctly – Apple Community

1) Somehow the stock color code are inverse compared on my iPhone. When positive it supposed to be green while negative is red. I can’t find any options to inverse it not sure if this is a bug? 2) Under Stock app options, it supposed to have a feature “Report a Concern” but it was grey out hence I’m reaching out here for opinion.
