A popular children’s store is opening a new location this month.
The Children’s Place is to be added to the retail lineup at Tanger at Foxwoods sometime in October.
The specialty children’s retailer will join shopper-favorite brands including Coach, H&M, Nike and Old Navy, expanding the center’s family-friendly offerings, according to Foxwoods.
“The Children’s Place has long been a go-to destination for families, and its arrival at Tanger at Foxwoods gives guests another top brand to shop and explore,” said Amy Kosciukiewicz, marketing director at Tanger at Foxwoods.
“The new addition brings even more convenience and variety to shoppers seeking the latest styles at the best value.”
The Children’s Place will open in a 4,265 square-foot location near Under Armour.

The brand, which bills itself as North America’s largest pure-play children’s specialty apparel retailer, is known for delivering on style, quality and value, also according to Foxwoods..
The store serves sizes from newborns through tweens.
Tanger at Foxwoods aims to be Southern New England’s upscale, indoor outlet shopping destination, and it has a collection of top brands and local shops. The 311,000-square-foot center features more than 60 premier outlet stores.
