There’s a new J. Crew Factory store opening in Connecticut and it is the newest shop in a well-known plaza.
The official grand opening of the store will be held 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 at The Shops at Farmington Valley, according to a shops spokesperson.
On that Saturday, shoppers are “invited to join a full day of fashion, fun, and festivities as one of America’s favorite brands opens its doors in the heart of the Farmington Valley community,” according to the spokesperson.
“We’re thrilled to welcome J.Crew Factory to The Shops at Farmington Valley, an iconic brand our community has been asking for and one that underscores our dedication to bringing elevated fashion experiences to the center,” Elizabeth Ackerman, general manager of The Shops at Farmington Valley, said in an email.
“With its timeless style, quality craftsmanship J.Crew Factory is exactly the kind of brand our shoppers want to see here,” she said. “This return, along with other exciting openings this year, reflects our ongoing commitment to curating a dynamic mix of fashion for men, women, and kids. We look forward to celebrating this new chapter with families, friends, and fashion lovers across our community.”
The spokesperson also noted J.Crew Factory is known for “its colorful, classic styles for the whole family at moderate price points,” and joins “the Shops’ vibrant mix of national and local retailers.”
