I, too, am ticked off that no one is responsible for cleaning debris off the roadway after a traffic crash. In many jurisdictions, the tow truck operator is responsible for this per contract with the city or county. Central Florida communities and FHP should adopt this policy.
I’m ticked off at the program “9-1-1” on ABC. The fire crew is doing a rescue on the ISS? What’s next? A rescue mission to Mars? This program has gone completely off the rails and is totally unwatchable. The network could do so much better with believable story lines instead of this senseless drivel.
It ticks me off that the debate over open carry of firearms overshadows the fact that the Second Amendment was never meant to allow individuals to become their own unregulated militia and own military weapons. When we go from “a well-regulated militia” to “every individual is their own militia,” we destroyed any hope of becoming a peaceful, orderly nation.
I’m ticked off that after many complaints, the Sentinel did nothing to improve the digital edition. It is still the miserable replacement of a product that worked fine.
The flip side
Thank you to HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford. Many outstanding folks took care of me Oct. 24-26. Doctors, pre-op staff, all of the nurses and others. Thanks to your dedication and training, I know I was well cared for. RNs Jordan and Anthony were especially appreciated. HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is doing it right!
I would like to thank the ladies from my golf league at Tuscawilla Country Club for their generous contributions to help fill the food pantry at Samaritan’s. You are my heroes.
