In the spirit of today, with the hope of “earth peace, goodwill toward men,” we present only Flip Side comments.
I would like to thank my friends, neighbors, co-workers and all the people who provide services to my family who represent so many cultures, countries, religions and sociopolitical backgrounds. Your diversity has enriched my life. Peace and love during this holiday season.
A shout out to Seminole County Commissioner Lee Constantine for following through on getting a second right turn lane at the intersection of SR 434 and Wekiva Springs Road. Who says county government doesn’t work!
A round of applause to Dr. Tim Lane and Tiffany of Distinctive Dentistry who met me on a Saturday afternoon after hours to replace a veneer on my front tooth. Above and beyond service!
I had an issue with a charge on my UHC U-card for an over-the-counter product at the Publix on Lake Mary Blvd. I was fortunate that Justin was at Customer Service when I returned to the store upon realizing the error. Justin was super busy but was sympathetic about the error that occurred. He resolved the error and apologized for the mistake. The mistake was not made by any Publix employee, it was how the UHC U-card works. Thank you again Justin for your kindness and patience.
Thank you to the United States Postal Service. They have a service called Informed Delivery where I can see a preview of the mail and packages that I will receive every day. That is very helpful.
