Ticked off! @thumb arthritis

I am ticked off because I am getting “thumbitis,” severe arthritis from constantly changing my TV changer every time a lawyer ad comes on. From 5 to 9 every night an idiotic lawyer ad comes on every two minutes on Channels 2, 6 and 9. Maybe I need a personal injury lawyer.
I’m ticked off there aren’t any fine dining restaurants where you can carry on a conversation without yelling at each other. I wear hearing aids and background noise is what stifles any conversation for me. Between everyone talking louder to be heard over the loud music, it’s very annoying. If a restaurant owner would tone down the background music and put in acoustic materials to absorb this excess sound, they would be very successful.
I’m ticked off! I mailed a small package priority mail on July 29 to Torrington, Conn. The package has been in transit to next facility since August 4. I filed a service request with USPS August 10 and they suggested I file a missing mail claim. I filed a missing mail claim on August 13 and as of August 28 the package delivery has not been resolved. I have been a loyal customer of the USPS since the early 1970s and I have never had a situation like this. I’m ticked off!
I’m not just ticked off I am really ticked off that the paper had zero mention of Florida State’s victory over Alabama in football. If the Gators beat Alabama they would have been on the front section, local and state section, sports section, and entertainment section. Shame on you!
To the woman who was upset her daughter went twice to SeaWorld HR and was refused an interview even though she had an email informing her she had an interview. Your daughter is lucky. First of all, Disney and Universal both have starting pay $5-7 an hour more than SeaWorld depending on position. Second, both companies have professional HR departments, unlike SeaWorld, which, as your daughter is finding out, is not run by quality people. Take this as a sign and stay far, far away from SeaWorld!
