You would think, with all the AI technology out there, restaurants could have solved the wobbly table problem by now.
The fact that a neighbor continues to park his vehicle on our adjoining property line continues to tick me off. Oh, wait, if you cleaned out your garage, you’d be able to park one vehicle in what a garage is made for. Now, if you removed the watercraft you’ve only used about two times in the past few years, you could park your second vehicle in your driveway.
I concur with prior comments regarding Publix’s unbelievable decision to allow the open carry of guns. They stated they were following current Florida law. However, it allows private businesses to make the decision. I have registered my disapproval of this to Publix’s corporate headquarters and the manager at my local Publix. If the policy does not change, they will have a former loyal customer and club member. Hoping others who disagree with this will let the management know.
We spent hours of time planning, then a whole lot of money on transportation, lodging and food to see six national parks in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona only to find out that many of them were locked up with closed roads thanks to our fearless leaders in D.C. Why are they not fired for not performing their jobs? I’m ticked!
The flip side
Kudos to Orange County’s 311 TNR program. They recently did a magnificent job spaying or neutering five community cats for me. Well done! A big thanks also to the wonderful people at Spay N Save in Longwood for helping me with the rest of the cats. Hooray!
Thank you to my neighbors who have been putting up their Halloween decorations. They are even better than last year.
