Virginia Beach woman considered endangered missing person, police say

VIRGINIA BEACH — Taylor Conard was reported missing Monday, according to a release by the Virginia Beach Police Department.

The city used its VBAlert text and email system to share Conard’s information.

Conard was last seen in her home around 2 a.m. in the Parkside Green neighborhood off Holland Road near Dam Neck Road. She is considered an endangered missing person and her family and friends have had no contact with her since she was reported missing.

She is 29 years old, 5-foot-4 and weighs 160 pounds. Her hair and eyes are brown.
